ProjectConceptor is a modular application designed to view, edit and process information which can be represented by a graph structure. It is still alpha/early-beta stage, so be aware of bugs.

You can create nodes, name them, and add boolean or text attributes to them. Nodes can be freely connected, with full undo and redo support, and grouped into a single tightly-fitting shape. An automatic layout can rearrange the whole graph. Basic macro recording/playback and a find-and-select search are included. Two editors are available: a graph view and a navigator view.
